Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a patio and two bedrooms for you to enjoy!

Large 3 bedrooms, queen size bed in the Master bedroom, and full size bed in the guest bedroom. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed and if necessary we cal also set up an  The third room has a bunk bed.

Direct sunlight thanks to southern exposure through the bay windows in the Master bedroom, and lots of light  through the bay windows in the living room. The apartment is very spacious yet warm and inviting. Fully equipped large kitchen, living room/dining room with a table that expands to seat six.

Crown Heights is a diverse neighborhood oozing Brownstone Brooklyn charm. Many of our blocks are landmark blocks. You can just as easily try amazing Caribbean Food at Gloria's (Anthony Bourdain ate there in his last episode for No Reservations- check it out!) as you can get traditional NY Bagels at Lula or Jewish baked goods at Gomby's. Have drinks in a laid-back environment in Nostrand Avenue Pub. A ten minute walk will get you to happening Franklin Avenue where you try out Mayfield, Chavela's and the Biergarten and plenty of other well reviewed restaurants.
A 15-20 minute will take you to Grand Army Plaza and the Farmer's Market on Saturday, the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Library as well as Prospect Park.

Fun and Simple 1 bedroom unit.

The unit has a queen size bed and two sofa-beds, if you utilize the sofa beds  you will not have a living room as the sofas in the living room are the sofa beds (please review pictures). Please review pictures.  It has a kitchennete  with  a  vintage stove and vintage refrigerator. It is stocked with a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and basic cooking utensils but does not have any additional appliances.  T

Some things to keep in mind:
This unit is a "sink in unit", meaning you have to walk narrow downstairs and the windows are small and are at street level as you will see in the pictures. Most NYC limestone houses, windows are  located in the front and back of the unit. So, natural light is limited during the day.

The entrance to the unit is down a narrow stairway. As such, the apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. This is a simple unit that its nice and fun must it's mostly for people that plan to spend most of the day outside. Please note this a a great unit, its fun its simple. We are not a luxury destination.

East of Prospect Park, it is the perfect fusion of Caribbean, Jewish and new Brooklynites.&nbsp; Near the house many Deli are open 24 hours and they make the area lively and safe even at night. The renowned Brooklyn Children's museum and Brower Park are a 2-3 minute walk. Walk 10 minutes down tree lined Eastern Parkway to Franklin and Nostrand Avenues; you will find happening bars and restaurant such as Chavela's, the Beer Garden, Franklin Park and Dutch Boy Burger.
